Dryopteris sphaeropteroides merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Sichuan, Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Dryopteris sphaeropteroides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1905.
