Drypetes assamica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Putranjivaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Sikkim hingga Indo-China. Nama ilmiah Drypetes assamica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Dalton Hooker pada tahun 1922.
