Drypetes stipulacea merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Putranjivaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar timur. Nama ilmiah Drypetes stipulacea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jacques Désiré Leandri pada tahun 1957.
