Drypetes yapensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Putranjivaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Caroline (Yap). Nama ilmiah Drypetes yapensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Takasi Tuyama pada tahun 1940.
