Duranta rupestris merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Verbenaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Peru (JunÃn). Nama ilmiah Duranta rupestris diperkenalkan oleh August von Hayek pada tahun 1908.
