Dysopsis glechomoides merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan) yang memiliki siklus hidup semusim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Bolivia hingga Chili dan Argentina selatan. Nama ilmiah Dysopsis glechomoides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Achille Richard pada tahun 1866.
