Eastwoodia elegans merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan yellow aster. Nama ilmiah Eastwoodia elegans pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1894.
