Echeveria whitei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Crassulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Echeveria whitei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Nelson Rose pada tahun 1925.
