Echinops ellenbeckii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Ethiopia. Nama ilmiah Echinops ellenbeckii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Karl August Otto Hoffmann pada tahun 1906.
