Echinops fastigiatus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Asia tengah. Nama ilmiah Echinops fastigiatus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rudolf Vladimirovich Kamelin pada tahun 1971.
