Echinops gaillardotii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Mediterania timur. Nama ilmiah Echinops gaillardotii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1856.
