Echinops jesdianus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Iran timur-tengah. Nama ilmiah Echinops jesdianus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1860.
