Echinops siculus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Italia, Sicilia, Malta, Yunani (Corfu). Nama ilmiah Echinops siculus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gabriel Strobl pada tahun 1882.
