Echinops tournefortii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Türkiye timur hingga Iran barat. Nama ilmiah Echinops tournefortii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Friedrich von Ledebour pada tahun 1833.
