Echinops tricholepis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Kazakhstan hingga Xinjiang barat laut. Nama ilmiah Echinops tricholepis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Gustav von Schrenk pada tahun 1841.
