Echinopterys eglandulosa merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Malpighiaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Echinopterys eglandulosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Adrien-Henri de Jussieu pada tahun 1910.
