Echium handiense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis. Nama ilmiah Echium handiense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Eric R. Svensson Sventenius pada tahun 1960.
