Edgeworthia longipes merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Assam hingga Myanmar utara. Nama ilmiah Edgeworthia longipes diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Henry Lace pada tahun 1914.
