Ehrharta calycina adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun atau semusim dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Afrika Selatan. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan perennial veldtgrass. Nama ilmiah Ehrharta calycina diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama James Edward Smith pada tahun 1789.
