Elaeocarpus thelmae merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Elaeocarpaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Queensland. Nama ilmiah Elaeocarpus thelmae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bernard Patrick Matthew Hyland pada tahun 1984.
