Elaphoglossum amblyphyllum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan Malesia barat, Maluku (Ambon). Nama ilmiah Elaphoglossum amblyphyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1978.
