Elaphoglossum meridense merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela, Bolivia tengah. Nama ilmiah Elaphoglossum meridense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Friedrich Klotzsch pada tahun 1857.
