Elaphoglossum notatum merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela (Táchira) hingga Amerika Selatan bagian barat. Nama ilmiah Elaphoglossum notatum diperkenalkan oleh Antoine Laurent Apollinaire Fée pada tahun 1857.
