Elaphoglossum rufescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko (Jalisco, México State, México D.F.). Nama ilmiah Elaphoglossum rufescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Frederik Michael Liebmann pada tahun 1862.
