Elaphoglossum terrestre adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kosta Rika. Nama ilmiah Elaphoglossum terrestre pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2003.
