Elatostema monticola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nigeria selatan hingga Ethiopia barat daya dan kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan. Nama ilmiah Elatostema monticola diperkenalkan oleh Joseph Dalton Hooker pada tahun 1863.
