Eleocharis bella merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan beautiful spikerush. Nama ilmiah Eleocharis bella diperkenalkan oleh Charles Vancouver Piper pada tahun 1929.
