Elephantopus scaber var. plurisetus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kamerun, Tanzania hingga kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan, Komoro, Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Elephantopus scaber var. plurisetus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Karl August Otto Hoffmann pada tahun 1902.
