Elsholtzia stachyodes adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari anak benua India hingga China bagian tengah. Nama ilmiah Elsholtzia stachyodes pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Heinrich Friedrich Link pada tahun 1966.
