Elymus hoffmannii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan rs wheatgrass. Nama ilmiah Elymus hoffmannii mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1996.
