Elymus repens subsp. elongatiformis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa timur hingga Kaukasia. Nama ilmiah Elymus repens subsp. elongatiformis diperkenalkan oleh Vasiliĭ Petrovich Drobow pada tahun 1978.
