Elymus texensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Texas. Nama ilmiah Elymus texensis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2006.
