Embelia nutans adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Assam hingga Bangladesh. Nama ilmiah Embelia nutans pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nathaniel Wallich pada tahun 1824.
