Emilia zeylanica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari India barat dan selatan, Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Emilia zeylanica diperkenalkan oleh Charles Baron Clarke pada tahun 1876.
