Encephalartos relictus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Zamiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Eswatini timur (Pegunungan Lebombo). Nama ilmiah Encephalartos relictus diperkenalkan oleh P.J.H. Hurter pada tahun 2001.
