Enteropogon acicularis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Australia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan umbrella grass. Nama ilmiah Enteropogon acicularis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Lindley pada tahun 1972.
