Ephedra × arenicola merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Ephedraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Arizona. Nama ilmiah Ephedra × arenicola diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Hugh Carson Cutler pada tahun 1939.
