Ephedra oxyphylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Ephedraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Afghanistan timur. Nama ilmiah Ephedra oxyphylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harald Udo von Riedl pada tahun 1963.
