Ephedra rupestris adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Ephedraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ekuador hingga Argentina barat laut. Nama ilmiah Ephedra rupestris pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 1846.
