Ephedra tilhoana merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Ephedraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Chad (Tibesti). Nama ilmiah Ephedra tilhoana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis René Maire pada tahun 1932.
