Ephedra tilhoana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Ephedraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Chad (Tibesti). Nama ilmiah Ephedra tilhoana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama René Maire pada tahun 1932.
