Ephippiandra microphylla merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Monimiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar selatan-tengah. Nama ilmiah Ephippiandra microphylla diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Janet Russell Perkins pada tahun 1957.
