Epiblastus sciadanthus merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kepulauan Solomon hingga Pasifik barat daya. Nama ilmiah Epiblastus sciadanthus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ferdinand von Mueller pada tahun 1905.
