BIG-MOUTH STAR ORCHID Epidendrumamphistomum A.Rich.
Epidendrum amphistomum merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Florida selatan, Kuba. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan big-mouth star orchid. Nama ilmiah Epidendrum amphistomum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Achille Richard pada tahun 1850.
