Epidendrum difforme adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Lesser Antilles hingga Trinidad. Nama ilmiah Epidendrum difforme pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nikolaus Joseph von Jacquin pada tahun 1760.
