Epidendrum tachirense merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela (Táchira). Nama ilmiah Epidendrum tachirense diperkenalkan oleh Ernesto Foldats Andins pada tahun 1968.
