Epilobium astonii merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Onagraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Pulau North Selandia Baru tengah dan timur laut. Nama ilmiah Epilobium astonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harry Howard Barton Allan pada tahun 1971.
