Epistephium praestans adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Mato Grosso). Nama ilmiah Epistephium praestans pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Frederico Carlos Hoehne pada tahun 1910.
