JAPANESE LOVEGRASS Eragrostisamabilis (L.) Wight & Arn.
Eragrostis amabilis merupakan tumbuhan semusim atau menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan japanese lovegrass. Nama ilmiah Eragrostis amabilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Wight pada tahun 1834.
