Eragrostis rufinerva adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Hainan. Nama ilmiah Eragrostis rufinerva pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1977.
