Eranthemum macrophyllum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Assam hingga Myanmar. Nama ilmiah Eranthemum macrophyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nathaniel Wallich pada tahun 1832.
